Mailing list subscribers are users that receive mass email messages, including weekly and/or monthly newsletters. Depending on the software application that’s used to manage a given list, they may have subscribed personally, giving their explicit approval to be included in the mailing list, or they may have been included manually. The latter means that they will de facto get unsolicited emails. Typically, subscribers can be managed by the mailing list admin who can approve or delete them, or they can manually unsubscribe in case they do not want to get emails from now on. All mailing list subscribers will invariably get the exact same content as long as they belong to the same mailing list, but a single subscriber will never be able to see the rest of the mailing list subscribers in the "To" field of the message.

Mailing List Members in Cloud Hosting

Managing the members of any Internet mailing list set up under a cloud hosting account with our company is unbelievably easy. We use a feature-rich piece of software called Majordomo – one of the most widely used programs for setting up and managing mailing lists available on the marketplace. It will permit you to authorize, to delete or to see all the mailing list members by simply sending an email message to majordomo@your-domain.com. Newly added members will have to confirm their membership, so you cannot simply add an email address and start sending periodic emails to it through a mailing list without the categorical consent of the recipient. If you bump into any problems, we have an in-depth how-to article in the Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel that comes with each and every account, as well as a 24x7 help desk support team, which will help you with any questions in regards to the mailing list options.
